Both the Western Carolina men's and women's cross country teams took second at the 2017 Asheville Cross Country Invitational Saturday morning. Junior Kaitlyn Lingard was once again WCU's top performer as she led the women's team with a second place individual finish. She completed the two mile course in 11:37.28.
